Tucked away in a quiet nook in one of the busiest and bustling parts of vibrant San Francisco are to be found some of the most deluxe and prestigious Female Only student housing facilities in the city. The overarching and immediate feeling is that of safety and security.
4 cottages all similar in that they are new construction and all uniquely different.
Tasteful and thoughtfully designed... from the moment you step into the colorful walkway with antique style lamp-lighting, they all greet you with a burst of energetic and vibrant colors whilst maintaining a sense of peace and calm.
They come in a variety of shapes and sizes: a one bedroom cottage sleeping four andtwo bedroom cottages which sleep three in one bedroom and four in another and they are all fully carpeted. Each cottage and each bedroom within the cottages feels light, airy and spacious.
All have beautiful new kitchens with tiled floors and granite worktops, under counter lighting and gorgeous fruit wood cabinetry. Large double door stainless steel refrigerator/freezers have ice and water upgrades. Dishwasher, glass/ceramic top electric range, stainless steel electric toaster, juice and smoothie blender.....the list goes on and includes being fully stocked with glassware, dishware and flatware, utensils etc...
The spacious Italian tiled bathrooms come with combined tub/showers, loads of storage and illuminated make up mirrors.
Security-Security-Security... cannot be stressed enough. The safety of our residents is paramount even for their bikes which have a designated secure area which leads through to an idyllic and sun drenched back yard replete with lush tropical plants, chairs, tables nooks and crannies for relaxation, work time or simply soaking up any sun that San Francisco throws our way.
