Latitude 38 Housing Services is a leading provider of student and corporate housing focused solely in San Francisco Bay Area. As living space in San Francisco becomes more supply constrained and costly, we have stepped in to guarantee an easy to find, clean, quality, affordable living experience in the city.
Our Story
While doing a study on housing in San Francisco, Tony and his team noticed a huge supply constraint of viable, affordable housing for students in the City.
San Francisco’s population has 68% of renters. The new tech boom has created further overwhelming pressure on the housing market and as a result skyrocketing rentals. The affordable end of the market namely student housing, has not been immune from this pressure. With over 110,000 tertiary students, San Francisco is a hotbed for language schools, Art Institutes, Music Academies and graduate and undergraduate degrees. A large proportion of the student population come from out of town and overseas, excited to come here only to find housing extremely over priced and /or unavailable.
Latitude 38 Housing Services is now focused on being the leading provider of affordable, clean and convenient accommodation for students, Interns, young professionals and corporate people. We serve schools, corporate clients, and the tech industry to fulfill their housing needs. Our Housing Services division started by Mariya Nesheva, is now developing a full service platform to create a living experience that befits the standards and qualities of San Francisco.

Tony Brettkelly - CEO/Founder
Tony has lived in San Francisco for 22 years. He has a strong network of relationships that have helped Latitude 38 Group become a leader in student and corporate housing in San Francisco. His in-depth knowledge of real estate and the intricacies of business development have allowed Latitude 38 Group to become a big part of quality, affordable housing in San Francisco. Tony has focused on creating an outstanding team where service and attention to detail are a priority. He has four daughters and lives with his wife, Grace in Cow Hollow.
Maria Nesheva - Director of Leasing and Business Development/ Co-Founder
Maria comes from Bulgaria but has an international background after studying, living and working in Europe, US and Latin America. While doing her Master's Degree in San Francisco, Mariya started as an intern in Latitude 38 Group. Her experience in the real estate industry helped her realize a real gap in the housing market which needed to be filled. She dedicated herself in helping students and professionals get the best of living in the city and developed our Housing Services division. Mariya speaks four languages, starts the day with yoga and spends her free time playing tennis, traveling and discovering new places.
Ping Ngeow – Director of Operations / Co-Founder
Ping brings four years of customer service and retail experience to Latitude 38 Group. She holds a BS from Penn State University in Business Management and an MBA from the University of San Francisco in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Her abilities allow her to increase Latitude 38 Group awareness through various marketing tools. She is a San Francisco transplant with a passion for adventure and travel. In her spare time, she likes to take part in community service activities by volunteering at nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area.
Jonathan Brosnan - Director of Property Operations
Jonathan bring over 15 years of property management experience, working for the family business building and maintaining properties throughout the Peninsula.He has a BA in Enterpreneurial Management and a MBA with focus on Sustainable Management from the Marshal Goldsmith School of Management in San Diego. Jon has helped solidify our housing operations to be second to none.
Fei Teng - Accounting & Finance
Fei is a current student at the University of California, Berkeley, pursing a triple major in Economics, Business Administration and French. She is originally from Toronto, Canada. She enjoys all kinds of sports and has been a competitive swimmer for many years. At the Latitude 38 Group, Fei takes care of the finance and accounting aspects of the company, including managing daily accounting operations and preparing and analyzing periodic reports.
